VYGQ series 24kV full encapsulation solid insulated vacuum circuit breaker adopts the first full encapsulation structure and the latest solid insulating technology in the world. The embedded pole of VYGQ series are made by special VULCANIZE process to create a cushion between the vacuum interrupter and the epoxy resin, ensuring a high reliability of the embedded poles.  The internal structure of embedded pole is isolated from outside environment, not subject to ambient factors such as dust, pollution, moisture and condensation. The embedded poles are free of maintenance. VYGQ series has a strong capacity to adapt to the environment and can run in the adverse conditions.

With high performance, VYGQ series is the first to pass 5000m altitude test in China, which is the highest altitude test for 12kV vacuum circuit breaker at present). VYGQ series has passed a complete set of type tests and meet Class C2-E2-M2 requirements of Chinese National Standard GB1984-2003 and International Standard IEC62271-100, and other relevant standards. It has a full range of ratings and dimensions to meet different demand in industry. It can be integrated into air insulated switchgears (such as KYN28A, KYN96 and KYN61, etc.), universally used in applications such as power plant, substation, petrochemical plants, metallurgical industries, mining, manufacturing industry, airport, subway, seaport and residential areas, etc.
