With the development of cable in the distribution grid, when the independent load of low capacity is arranged intensively, cable branch box can be used to connect cable branches because the branch box cannot directly operate on each line, but only used as a cable branch. The main function of cable branch box is to connect cables.
GLX24-DF is cable branch box with GLX24 type SF6 load break switch, widely applicable in ring connected distribution grid of cable system of 12kV, 50Hz, rated current 630A and below. This product can satisfy the function of load breaking, playing an important role outdoors instead of switching station, featured by easy to maintain and test branch lines and reducing economic loss during the power failure. Its superiority is obviously shown particularly when there is difficulty in the distribution line corridors and building a power distribution room.
