ZW32-12 Outdoor Pole-mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as VCB) applies to outdoor power distribution system with rated voltage of 12kV, three-phase AC 50Hz, closing the load current and opening overload current and short-circuit current in the power system.
The VCB can be used as section switch for 12kV distribution line system, branch line and ring line in urban grid as well as the incoming switch for rural grid, industrial and mining establishments, living quarter and construction site.
ZW32-12 Outdoor Pole-mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker meets the standards of GB1984-2003 High-Voltage Alternating-Current Circuit-Breakers and DL402-2007 Specification of High-Voltage Alternating-Current Circuit-Breakers.

1. The VCB adopts three phase pole-mounted structure and the vacuum interrupter technology. It features good performance and stability of breaking and making capacity, no arc or risk of explosion, maintenance free, compact design, light weight, long mechanical life, etc.
2. The product adopts full encapsulation structure, the vacuum interrupter and the inner wall of outer insulating bush cast by silicone rubber, good sealing performance, improving the resistance to moisture and condensation, especially applied in cold and humid areas.
3. Three-phase pole and current transformer adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin or indoor epoxy resin painted with organic silicone rubber outside as solid insulation. It is characterized by resistance to high & low temperature, ultraviolet, aging, etc.
4. The operating mechanism uses small spring actuator with features of low power energy storage motor and low energy consumption of opening and closing. The drive adopts vibration transmission with less components and high reliability. The operating mechanism is put in sealed mechanism box, avoiding corrosion and improving mechanical reliability. The mechanical life is up to 10000 times.
5. The opening and closing of VCB can be achieved by
manual or electric operation. The VCB can have smart functions by adding surge
suppressor, remote control, three-section protection, reclose controller, electronic
type PT, etc.
6. The VCB can be equipped with three-phase linkage disconnecting switch (DS). Obvious open contacts can be seen when the DS in the OFF position. With the interloking device for anti-misoperation, only when the DS is totally closed or opened, can the VCB be operated. It can also be equipped with lighting arrester stand-off insulator, convenient for maintenance.
